Self Compassion: Why you need it!

Some time ago I recorded a podcast on self-love, I am convinced too many people struggle with accepting themselves. I read an article that stated millions of people take pharmaceuticals every day to cope with daily life. Insecurity, anxiety and depression are common and much of it is due to self-judgement, beating ourselves up if we perceive we are not winning the game of life.

My question to you is:
What constitutes winning at the game of life? And more importantly, Who told you that you were not winning the life game?
